    Problems related to high blood pressure have to be taken seriously. Of course there are medications to regulate it and that is helpful. I prefer a more self reliant approach over medicine because of the side effects. It is even better if the the person will make lifestyle improvements. The DASH diet was developed just for high blood pressure and can do a lot to get it under control. Thanks admin
